English may seem crazy even to the most literate person. It can seem hopeless and impossible to understand to someone with dyslexia.
Each study session is individually tailored to help your child develop a deep understanding of how words work. Not only will we study grapheme and phoneme correspondence (how letters match sounds), we study how a word's meaning, structure, history, and relatives also affect its spelling. This deeper understanding goes beyond word-level decoding. It expands to incorporate comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and text structure.
